BOOKING INFO
Please make a reservation for each person attending a public or private candle pour. You can do this through our online website or by emailing cascandlellc@gmail.com..

AGE REQUIREMENT
To ensure the safest environment while handling hot wax and fragrance oils, candle pour are intended for attendees 8+ year old. Please have an adult in attendance for anyone under the age of 16.

FOOD AND DRINK   
BYOB! food and drinks are provided by the host at private location.

CANCELLATION
For cancellations made at least 48 hours (two days) in advance.If  you need to change a candle pour  reservation, please contact us directly on our website up to 48 hours prior to rescheduling or  email cascandlellc@gmail.com with contact info. Deposits will be refunded minus the $75 non refundable and processing fees. At this time,we travel to locations.

CANDLE CURING TIME
The candles you make will need to  cure overnight and store in cool  place . Try to keep your candle away from excessive amounts of light. Since there are no added chemicals in our candles, soy wax tends to turn yellow if exposed to too much UV or florescent lighting. It doesn't affect the scent or quality of the candle at all but will affect the appearance.

CANDLES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because customers make their own candles during our candle pour, we cannot personally control each step along the way in a candle pour setting.  Therefore, we unfortunately will not return or exchange  candles.
